Joel focuses on Usable Fitness. This means getting out there and being Healthier, Stronger, and better able to Enjoy Life.
The exercises are designed to push the individual to greater health and fitness. You want that increased strength and energy from your workout to carry over into your daily life and to those activities you currently enjoy or always wanted to start. Exercises vary from the isolation of one muscle to grouping of muscles to incorporating full body motions. Great care is taken to ensure joint safety in each exercise. We want to work the body to make it stronger, not wear it down.
